Cancellation Rules
If cancellation is done 7 days prior to arrival, then the full amount will be refunded. If cancellation is done within 7 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.
In case of a confirmed reservation, any Cancellation/No-show/Revision of dates not communicated at least 7 days before the arrival date. Retention Charges are equivalent to full stay charges.
